Founded in the year 2000, this family-owned company from Tuscany specializes in the development, design and manufacture of innovative surface finishing machines for brushing, grinding and polishing of stainless steel and aluminum flat products (plates, sheets, strip). Apart from individual machines which are integrated into altready existing process lines or into those supplied by large plant builders, SANTIOLI also supplies the entire production line.
The machine series developed by SANTIOLI („Phoenix“, „Sagitta“ and „Cerbereus“, etc.) were designed for various applications. Depending on the material being processed, the requirements, as well as on the machine configuration, surfaces of flat products with thicknesses from 0.6 mm (stainless steel) to 500 mm (aluminum) and widths from 600 mm to 2200 mm can be machined.
Because these systems achieve both maximum throughput and perfect quality of the machine's workpieces, SANTIOLI machines are already found in many plants of renowned manufacturers and processors of stainless steel and aluminum semi-finishes products, worldwide.
